For a successful hunting expedition the key elements include a good rifle, trained cats, suitable camouflage, and an early morning.
There’s like a 5% chance that a form of hunting exists - that I don’t know of - where you shoot birds with a rifle so that you can get their eggs.

I suppose this obsession about eggs is American.
There are no drakes or roosters here so the chicken and duck eggs are not fertilized. The goose eggs are probably fertile. The goose eggs are probably fertile. But they’re backyard breed and I’m not sure how many would even produce successfull hybrids.
