As an Australian, I find it really sad that the USA, the country that pretty much saved the world from totalitarianism during WW2, is pretty much the LEAST democratic western country right now.
Gerrymandering is like a 19th century anachronism, but the US is leaning right into it.

FWIW I agree with you. Anyone who abstains from voting because neither side perfectly aligns with their own politics is an idiot and, in a first past the post system like the USA, actively helping the party that they most disagree with.
