Put $500 cash in an envelope and mail it to yourself. If you don’t trust that, drop your ballot in person. I voted yesterday and got to scan my ballot into the machine.
This Sunday is the last day for early voting in Ohio. There’s no voting this Monday but lots more polling places open open on election day Tuesday. I voted yesterday though.
We don’t get either of them off. Or weekends.

doingthestuffto politics •The double standard for Harris and Trump has reached a breaking point | One candidate can rant about gibberish while the other has to be perfect.1·9 months agoCan any of you honestly say you have chosen which of the two is better based on how they speak? I think most are voting based on what they expect them to do.
I would have said no way, but I guess I would have been wrong. But I’m biased by personal experience that goes against OP’s theory. I am a world class whistler - I’ve only heard a few ever who are better - but I have a short tongue. It barely extends beyond my lips. I’m not skilled at cunulingus, and it makes me exhausted from overextending my tongue very quickly. My wife would confirm both my amazing skill at the one and handicap for the other.

And I haven’t had more than one drink at a bar since I lived in Europe in 1989 where they actually had public transportation. For many years I’d just drink at home or at a friend’s house if my wife was driving. I recently quit drinking though.

Giving them actual houses would be idiocy, they would be destroyed. Many have been put in dive hotels but it’s been tapering off, the funding dried up. Personally I’d say build managed campgrounds with nice community restrooms and shower houses. Have a small paid staff to maintain the showers and restrooms and enforce basic codes - no building structures, no excessive junk or trash etc. It would provide basic shelter opportunity without costing crazy amounts. A lot of working people can’t afford apartments now, let’s fix that before we throw more money towards people who can’t or won’t work. Hell, I know people who choose to live in campgrounds full-time as their preference.
