The real question then is what alternatives do we have. We can’t continue to use fossil fuels, Purely electric cars aren’t at GP distance yet (and throw up a lot of questions about the materials used in batteries anyway) and Hydrogen also requires a large amount of energy to harness, then were not left with many options. We absolutely need to increase our renewable energy usage, which is the first problem in a lot of cases.
Sad to say, but this is a long article introducing nothing new. We already knew all of this, its a slow news week I suppose.
