I like it when games take risks to try new ideas. Looking forward to this launch.
Looks like Risk of Rain 2 to me honestly.
Damn, I heard this game was getting a sequel. I didn’t hear that they made the change from 2D to 3D.
Looks like the kept the same strike, dash, shoot kind of gameplay with a bit of Breath of the Wild added in.
Hopefully it makes the transition as well as Risk of Rain did!
This isn’t the first 3D game they made though. They made Solar Ash before this, and it’s honestly quite underrated.
Oh dang, I hadn’t heard about that one. I’ll have to check it out.
Shiiiiiit, best surprise from SGF thus far. But I have a feeling there are more to come
Honestly what I loved about Hyper Light Drifter was the aesthetic and atmosphere, neither of which I see here. Sad for me, but oh well. I’ll live.
