Many people have a go to food for depression or sadness, to just make them feel ok… for a lot of people that is some kind of cake or pastry.
For me, it is potato salad.
Whelp, now I want potato salad.

My potassium is too high…
If you peel, slice, and soak them in water first that should remove enough potassium to make them safe. But be sure to discuss it with your doctor first, because it doesn’t remove 100% of the potassium.
