Its better to go through some of these, particularly basics like Ctrl+Paint, for a week or two to see if you like concept art before diving into a college education/giant paid course.

Modern Day James -Youtube channel that covers construction, anatomy, etc

Proko -Youtube channel for Anatomy/gen drawing techniques.

Digital Painting [Photoshop/Clip Studio/Procreate]:

Ctrl+Paint -great Photoshop tutorial site for beginners, tons of free content.

Sinix -Great primers on digital painting. Not all Photoshop. Also has anatomy/drawing/etc.

3D [Zbrush/Maya/Blender]:

Grant Abbit -Youtube channel for blender basics, highly recommended

Blender Secrets -quick tips for blender. better if you have some tutorials under your belt.
