High quality, preferably free tutorials. If you have suggestions please post in comments.
Its better to go through some of these, particularly basics like Ctrl+Paint, for a week or two to see if you like concept art before diving into a college education/giant paid course.
Drawing:
Drawabox -good start to get a handle on forms
Modern Day James -Youtube channel that covers construction, anatomy, etc
Proko -Youtube channel for Anatomy/gen drawing techniques.
Digital Painting [Photoshop/Clip Studio/Procreate]:
Ctrl+Paint -great Photoshop tutorial site for beginners, tons of free content.
Sinix -Great primers on digital painting. Not all Photoshop. Also has anatomy/drawing/etc.
3D [Zbrush/Maya/Blender]:
Grant Abbit -Youtube channel for blender basics, highly recommended
Blender Secrets -quick tips for blender. better if you have some tutorials under your belt.
Yansculpts -Youtube channel for blender sculpting
I’ve found YanSculpts to be a pretty good channel for sculpting tutorials on Blender!
added! thanks :D
