I’m trying to get back into crumpets and wanted some inspiration. What is your favourite crumpet topping? preferably vegetarian.

    Peanut butter (sometimes with honey), Jam, Nutella, Beans & cheese,

    Not all together of course, unless you like to live life on the edge!

      beans and cheese is superior because the crumpet soaks up the bean juice
