Attached: 2 images I've been baking scones instead of muffins lately. As a result, I let our muffin supplies get to a perilous low. There were only two muffins left in the freezer. My husband and Summer made sure I was aware of the situation the first thing this morning. So, this afternoon I baked dozens of blueberry muffins. Perfect for an afternoon snack with a cup of tea. Our supply is replenished. I think we will be ok now. Thank goodness. #Baking
