Pedro Sánchez noted Russia has been banned from the contest since 2022 following its invasion of Ukraine, and said there should not be “double standards”.

Can’t believe it hasn’t happened yet. Genocide shouldn’t be a Eurovision value.

Mr. Sanchez is right, there should be no double standards. They should do that. It’s just a bit weird that Mr. Sanchez is talking about double standards while at the same time he is one of the closest European allies of China (maybe second only to Hungary’s Orban). A genocide happens there, too. What does Mr. Sanchez say about that?

Just don’t tune in to Eurovision or interact with their media.

It’s not like you’re gonna miss anything particularly good or musically innovative or even interesting. It’s the same old standardized pop-slop it has been for years.

It’s very simple: Either you were not aware that both countries target children and hospitals. Or you are okay with one of the countries doing that, but not the other.

So are you ignorant, or a monster?
