Elves don’t like you cutting down trees and especially hate it when you sell wooden objects to them (forget the fact they exclusively only use wooden items themselves). They are a plague unto the land and must be thrown into the nearest Dwarven Atom Smasher at your earliest convenience.
They might be ruled by a Elf, or maybe on a weird off chance, they are elves in nature as they were welcomed in by them, out mated them and now you have a Goblin army that works for elves.
But on the bright side maybe you will get stuff to melt instead of wood stuff.
