As a teacher (not in Owasso) I often had my hands tied. Administrators don’t want you to do anything. You can report it to them, but they’ll do nothing.
And this was higher level decision making. The fact that they still insist it was “mutual combat,” the fact that Nex was murdered and this was covered up.

I don’t mean to disparage teachers , it’s a hard job. My point was actually that the school boards have done this and tied your hands.
Not just school boards. It’s culturally accepted in Oklahoma. The parents often participate.
