Two Massachusetts ambulance companies have agreed to pay back $6 million to the state to settle allegations that they overcharged MassHealth through false claims.

The elder Brewster members were caught red handed back in the mid 90s. Mother even served time. Kicked out of the ambulance business for “X” amount of time. (I think it was 10 years).
