I just wanted to analyze some games and write a bit, hopefully providing some interest to anyone not knowing what to play right now, picking games you might already have access to. one game is longer, one is shorter. summary below with link to full text at the end

about Star wars Jedi survivor:

this has some flawed design and promotes flashy over precision in combat but if you like cinematic setpieces, good characters and exploring the star wars universe - this absolutely is for you. if the star wars label doesn’t spark any interest or you have trouble enjoying the ride for the flaws, this might be something to skip but you would know a few hours into it.

about doki doki litterature club:

this is a video game experience unlike anything out there (to my knowledge). it’s better the less you know and if content warnings about self harm or tags like “psychological horror” doesn’t deter you, i recommend it wholeheartedly. it is a visual novel, first one that kept me engaged throughout. that is, don’t expect riveting gameplay mechanics.
