All recommendations are welcome. In particular how to vibrate a two part mold without it breaking apart. I did not weigh the mix and water, but i suspect i used too much water. Also added about 2% plasticizer.

    All those bubbles tells me you’re putting too much water and not enough cement.

    Also, dump the plasticizer entirely or reduce to 1% for now, at least until you’ve got a good set of samples as the plasticizer can also cause bubbles to form and sit during vibration.
