    5 km is a run that’s too short for me to usually bother getting out of bed for, but I also usually only do 3 runs a week. I did a challenge where I went for a bike ride every day for a month (minus one or two rainy days, and one day with injury) back in 2020 and enjoyed it. A similar running challenge could be fun. The focus of this article definitely seems to be more about the benefits of a challenge like this for a previous non-runner.
