Tax year is 2022. Notice date is 2025. This isn’t due to accumulation of massive amounts of interest. To owe that much money this person must have either made a ton of money or fucked up on their return super badly to have appeared to have made a ton of money.

They’ve been fucking around for years of this isn’t just made up. The IRS is actually pretty chill unless you’re obviously trying to break the law.
Oh yeah, I totally know the sovcit screwed up somewhere and that this is totally warranted. I’m pretty sure if you use a toilet seat as a check, drawn on your IRS account, and signed at a 45 degree angle, in red ink, everything will be sorted.
