There seems to be hundreds of ships available, from all the big factions, and even ones that only exist in STO.
Do niche ships like the Tarellian ship from TNG: “Haven” exist ingame? I checked the wiki and did not find evidence, suggesting it is not ingame. It is my favourite Trek ship and I am hoping for a miracle. Maybe its missing from the wiki, maybe there is a custom ship designer that could be used to make something like it, etc.

Unfortunately not - and it’s a damn shame, since I agree that it’s one of the better ships-of-the-week. Maybe some day…

I looked around today as well and concur that specific vessel isn’t in the game. However, you might find some others appealing. For example, the 32nd century vessels have a similar feel to them as massive mobile space stations.
If you want something smaller but not the “typical” Star Trek ship (i.e. SF, Rom, Klingon), you might take a look at the Husnock.
