    Michelin stars are the restaurant equivalent of Beckett card grading. It’s a joke, lmao.

    The best steak I’ve ever eaten was in a restaurant in Takayama that served A5 hida beef for just 1.2k pesos. They don’t have a Yelp rating and nobody talks about hida beef as much as Kobe or Matsusaka or the piece of crap derivatives from Australia.
