Good, they didn’t do it with fucking solo cups…

For those who don’t know, Utah has many returning Mormon Missionaries. At least for a long time, they would be “welcomed” home by a bunch of dummies that knew them stuffing solo cups in the chainlink fences on such pedestrian overpasses to spell out the welcome home message. Of course it was only a matter of time before they blew out or broke down and blew out and became yet more plastic pollution.
