    A made that recipe a couple of times and they are great! If it’s of use to anyone, we have a nut allergy in the house and I subbed cooked and roasted barley for the nuts. Just did them in the oven with the black beans. The texture was good, but I’m sure the nuts do taste better though

    I’ve tried making bean burgers over the years but I’m never satisfied with the texture. Almost feel just grilling some oyster mushrooms is a better option…

    How did this one come out?
