The Kremlin has acknowledged the crucial role of the I.T. sector. Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on Sept. 4 to increase the military service exemption age for I.T. professionals from 27 to 30.

Was Elon Musk the whole think tank that supplied them with that idea? The whole 420k people just sounds like a dumb Musk number. And what weapons are they going to supply these people with? Does the whole squad share a singular gun or what?

I am guessing conscription because otherwise it’s going to go something like this.

Step 1: Recruit mercenaries from all over the world(most of which have warmer climates than Russia).
      Step 2: Russian winter.
      Step 3: ???
      Step 4: Profit??

At that number I guess people in jail should be worried.

And regular people should then be worried how many more people will get put into jail.
