Hi guys, I only get content from beehaw, lemmy.world and lemmy.ml even though I’ve got everything mode on. Have I misunderstood it or should I be able to see other instances across the Lemmy network?

“Everything” is an aggregate of all instances you’ve added in settings. Even if you don’t have an account on that instance. That’s why sometimes you can see posts in the everything feed that you can’t comment on.

Ah that makes sense now I see that instances appear “via” the instances I have set in the app. I didn’t catch that before. Thanks!
