Russia has lost a staggering 87 percent of the total number of active-duty ground troops it had prior to launching its invasion of Ukraine and two-thirds of its pre-invasion tanks, a source familiar with a declassified US intelligence assessment provided to Congress told CNN.

    How can Russia possibly keep going with such a massive loss? I know that at this point it’s probably just sunk cost fallacy, but my goodness.

      At this point it’s going to become like 1916/17 where very little changed on the battlefields, vut men were dying every day. All because of a “strong” man

    I’m kind of surprised they’ve lost more people than tanks considering how much they were giving them away to every Ukrainian farmer.
