Bet he doesn’t know how to use the three seashells, either!

The nice thing about Mint is that there’s no hardware requirements for thigh-highs. You can just wear regular socks.

I love headphones. I have quite a few very good pairs. And headphone amps. And portable headphone amps. Ive been in the hobby for about 10 years now, maybe a bit more. My hearing is still excellent (according to hearing tests I’ve had). Aside from my tinnitus, which ive had since I was a kid. Just be mindful of the volume levels.

Basically, yeah. I don’t think I can go anywhere that doesn’t use Windows.
I use Siemens NX, and they stopped supporting Linux after NX 12 back in 2018. There’s no substitution for that. So, I’d need to have a VM, not Wine. Which would just be Windows with extra steps.

Just get rid of half of it. I love “fall back.” I hate “spring ahead.”

Somebody is going to get an earful of The Kink Panther by Necro.

I finally fixed my turntable last week, and have been spinning some things waiting in my backlog.

These bearded irises from the previous owner of my house.
Waterworld! If you watch it, try to find the Ulysses Cut.

It’s pretty easy to put my 2021 Traverse into service mode and retract the parking brake. Honestly, the easiest car I’ve ever done rear brakes on. I would hope other manufacturers have a feature along those lines, too.
This is how I order my Subway sandwiches. Gotta eat them over the wrapper, so you can lick all the mayo that escaped afterwards.
Glad to help. I love that movie.
Oh, I love the show. Especially the monster of the week episodes. They get really weird sometimes.
I am pretty sure a number of emulators do have reverse engineered bios that provide very good compatibility. I have some of those retro handhelds that run on ArkOS, and quite a few of the emulators in Retroarch do have that option. It’s not perfect, but works for most of the games I want to play.

It’s efficiency. The subject matter is the frank n’ beans, who cares about the rest? Likewise, I would be perfectly content with receiving faceless melons flopped out of a bra.
Even though I would only be at work 3 of those days, I would still say the answer is no. $1k is not enough for me to dress that way for a whole week. Maybe $10k.
There is a ton of stuff I would do for $1k. You want two days of my engineering and CAD skills? You want me to go to the hospital to tell people they’re loved ones have died? You want me to wipe down the loads in the steam room (in a tyvek suit and gloves)? Those are all things I could do for $1K. But I’m not wearing that.
That’s what I was thinking, too. The article says 116 houses per homeless person in Detroit. Has this person ever been to Detroit? Vacant houses there aren’t even safe to look at.
