This is just one specific line on a particularly steep hillside in Stuttgart therefore it has been built as a rack railway. It’s known as the “Zacke” (German for tooth or prong) though officially it’s just “U10”

There are two cars, going up and down at the same time, theres a station in the middle where they pass each other.

The stops are long enough to take your bike off of the bike cart. It isn’t a particularly fast tram anyways. It also doesn’t run at night because it runs extremely close to houses and it’s comparatively loud.

It’s a bit of an oddity because it’s part of the normal public transport network and included in your ticket. There are only 3 other rack railways in Germany and those have been built purely for tourism and have their own fares.

Aus meiner Erfahrung: trotz Reservierung überfüllter Zug aus altem Bahnbestand, Klimaanlage Fehlanzeige, laut, nicht besonders Sauber, unpünktlich unflexibel.

Why go through the hassle of developing the RAWs when the Jpegs look good already?

Bei DM ist der Preis für die 3er Gold zwar ordentlich hoch gegangen aber mit 20€ Immer noch sehr billig. Ist nicht immer verfügbar kommt aber immer wieder rein.

Entwickeln kann DM auch recht günstig wenn man nur Urlaubsfotos entwickeln und nicht grad die eigene Hochzeit oder so. Deren Scans lohnen sich aber wirklich nur wenn man sonst gar kein Scan-Setup hat.

Yeah, Win10 can’t properly handle the efficency cores. So it’s either upgrade to Win11 or disable the cores. (Or play with terrible random stutters)

It’s not running great but also not terrible on my rig (3070ti, 12700K, everything on high). I’ve heard that the FPS in the menu is somehow worse than in game.

Gonna stick with my unfinished CS1 city for now since I am playing highly modded and aiming for a beautyfull city rather than actually playing the game…
