My prediction is this: 28 will appear to be a normal election with some republican candidate (probably Vance) and some democrat candidate. If Republicans win, I expect it to be business as usual just a “normal” election and the fascist can continue their march unimpeded. However, if a democrat wins, I expect them to go full tilt election fraud, declare martial law, and attempt to keep Trump in power until the “fraud” is contained or some similar bullshit.

They still have over 3 years before they need the military for their next coup attempt. I view this as a litmus text to see who will be loyal little generals and who they need to boot before then. I fully expect that by 28 they will have packed the Pentagon with loyalist.

Arbitration just means you don’t go to trial in front of a jury. You can still sue, the claim just goes to an arbitor to find an agreement. Most lawsuits end in out of court settlements anyway.
