It was called Operation O-KKK and the plan was to flood Twitter using, and I quote, “basic white girl names” accounts and tweet that the OK sign is a white supremacy symbol.

Later, the OK sign became like a signal to these white power people that you were a sympathizer or member. I don’t know how true this is, but at this point the OK sign were said to represent the letter W and P, for white power.

During this time I remember a lot more memes used by these losers. I think Pepe? I don’t remember much else.

So the guy in the pic is just a homophobic bigot? Or homophobic but also sexist, on account of the female characters looking as worn as the male characters? I’m too old to understand what woke means, but the guy’s post is also confusing to read.

Lemmy isn’t very different from reddit. When people can’t reply with proper reason, they just go through your profile to downvote everything. Be assured I am no bigot, I was only sharing my own experience in my religion, which was not great.

The reply to that tweet makes a lot of sense and it’s been around for a while. Why doesn’t this change more people’s minds? It changed mine the first time I saw it.

I feel the exact same way you do about DOS2. I switched to an easier difficulty soon enough. Baldur’s Gate 3 feels like I finally get to be a player as a forever-DM, but also makes me feel like scolding the non-existent DM for some stupid encounter and quest design. I play with a full party of friends, so maybe it’s because we fuck around too much.

That said, it is early access. Hopefully the final product has better intuition so that you don’t have to save-reload all the damn time because you didn’t mindread the devs.
