  • What year did that take place?

Edit: One would assume your claim about Trump inviting a Palestinian on stage is easily verifiable yet I cannot find any source. The only source I can find of Trump even talking with a Palestinian is when he invited Abbas to the Whitehouse in 2017, where Trump stated he could go either way with a two state or one state solution but nothing was guaranteed. So please continue and share what evidence you have or claim to have.

Edit edit: For anyone else looking in on this, the above is sole reason to verify all information or you might look like a fool or foreign actor sowing misinformation like the commenter above.

  • So your argument is that the Democrats was not perfect and in the same arena was Trump throwing out fascist rhetoric and your end conclusion is to not vote because the Democrats was not perfect? I just want to make sure I understand yours as well as the non-voters logic. Because for those actually paying attention this was a pretty easy choice.

Edit: Help me understand why the blame gets passed onto the Democratic party entirely when the power to have stopped this was with the voters that decided to not vote.

  • This comment section is truly something else, when all your rights are stripped away and the US descends further into fascism are you going to continue to blame the Democrats or realise the choice to vote against Trump was also an option?

Tough decision I know vote for the status quo where everyone was still relatively comfortable and all had rights or not vote and let the fascists in and watch all your rights get stripped.

Edit: The leopards are feasting on those that voted for Trump as well as those that did not vote at all.

  • Remember to do your research in the independent’s. Articles like this is a good introduction to them but obviously does not cover on all their views. Some of those other views can be wildly against what you want to see in other areas of our society.

Edit: Yes this feels like a redundant thing to say but just look at what happened in the US and how their non-voters fell asleep at the wheel, although our voting is mandatory we still need to do our due diligence if we want to ensure we don’t elect a basket case.

  • In case you did not notice but right wing fascism is already there in the US. It’s too late for you guys, the only thing that can stop this is the non-voters losing more rights until they are personally affected, then they will wake up and realise their mistake. The only question that remains is will it be too late.

The US is a cautionary tale for the rest of the world that in order to have a democracy you have to participate and pay attention in order to preserve it.
