There’s this fruit used for lemonade that I discovered recently, it’s called chinotto. It’s very bitter and delicious, but only in small doses. You can add a lot of sugar and drink more of it, but it’s still not good all by itself in big doses. You gotta add water. With bubbles if you want it more festive.
