Irgendwie schön wenn man das nur am Rande mitbekommt weil die eigenen Dienste einfach weiter schnurren :P

Also ich hatte jetzt mehrere Jahre auch am Desktop und Debian auf Server , beides lief gleich stabil und das auch nach Updates. Ich weiß nicht woher dieser Mythos kommt das Arch “nicht” funktioniert.

Ich ware davor mehrere Jahre auf Arch, also war das für mich schon auch ein harter cut bzw umstieg, aber ich hab es bisher nicht bereut und empfehle es vielen neulingen.

Was stört dich an Flatpak, die sind super handhabbar für jedermann. Seit Silverblue arbeite ich nur noch damit.

Ich nutze Bitwarden als Client auf einem eigenen Vaultwarden Server den ich öffenltich zu verfügung stelle. Ich bin jetzt mehrere Jahre äußerst zufrieden damit und konnte das auch sehr leicht anderen zur Verfügung stellen die damit klarkommen.

Warum es keine native Debian installation gibt kann ich dir nicht sagen, es hat bisher einfach wohl niemanden interessiert. Wahrscheinlich weil man Bitwarden zu 99% im Browser nutzt und nicht als eigenständige App.

Bei Keepass hab ich schon einige Leute abgehängt, vor allem weil es viel zu kompliziert ist das auf mehreren Geräten zu benutzen. Jedes Gerät hat eine andere Oberfläche und um den Sync muss man sich selbst kümmern.

I’ve tried a few things now, hardcoded proxy headers:

setting the IP for the domain in the container:

it doesn’t change the error message, I don’t know what Lemmy checks to determine that it’s a local IP, because all standard tools show me the public IP for rollenspiel.forum.

I can’t cope with it; you always have to be careful which version you’re using, because different games require different versions. Writing games yourself is very cumbersome. So far, no player has wanted to use fvtt when we’ve compared it with roll20.

For a single-user instant, it might be interesting to connect to a relay; it is important that it is moderated. Fedimins offers such a service.

Ich finde Fedora Atomic sehr praktisch für Leute die keine Ahnung von PC’s haben. Die können so nichts am System kaputt machen und wenn mal ein Update nicht läuft ist es beim Booten ein klick um zur vorigen Version zurückzukehren. Flatpaks gibt es sehr viele und damit auch ne gute Auswahl an Software.
