I believe the two squares immediately above and below the right 3 must be mines. Let me see if my reasoning makes sense: The 4 has five remaining squares around it, but three of those overlap with the 3 to its left. That 3 already has one mine marked, so those three squares that neighbor both it and the 4 can have at most two mines in them. That means the two squares that don’t overlap must both have mines.

Technology@lemmy.zip•Microsoft is testing user-controlled RAM limits for Microsoft Edge browserEnglish
3·2 years agoEdge has an Internet Explorer mode, which is just running IE with Edge wrapped around it. They’re making it harder and harder to use, but they know there are big spenders that will just stop updating if they ever try to take away IE completely. Source: I work in Healthcare IT.

[Outdated, please look at pinned post] Casual Conversation•How long before Windows becomes a subscription service?English
1·2 years agoThis kind of already exists. Microsoft 365 is basically office 365 with an included Windows license (and a few other perks) . I don’t know if they’re pushing it in the consumer space, but they seem to be trying to get businesses to switch.
It’s only a matter of time before that becomes normal, I’m so excited for the days when computers come with a trial of ms365 and force you to pay after it expires. Or better yet, buy “extended coverage” to get double the time for triple the price!

+1 for Cribsheet. She’s a statistician, it’s not so much “this is how to do it” as “here’s a few things people try and data about how effective they are.” It’s a great way to give useful information and encourage parents to make their own decisions about how to raise their child. When my wife was pregnant we read it together and it started a lot of good conversations.
