When my crush rejected me in high school I was pretty down so I sat in complete silence in my room, my mom passed by and asked what happened, I told her and ask her to please keep it between us, 10 minutes later I receive a call from my aunt who lived in the next city, telling me to cheer up… That was my cue to never, ever tell something personal to my mom.
