The exhibit goes on until January 12 at Roppongi Hills. Tickets are ~2000 JPY.

editedit: I REALLY REGRET not buying the shopping back merch at the gift shop. I was disappointed that the Asuka posters were sold out. I was considering the shopping bag (it had a print of a keyframe of Unit 01) but when I picked it up, I heard Anno’s voice whisper to me “Really???” so I put it back down and walked away. The moment I stepped outside I realized that the one thing I don’t have and always forget to bring with me is a shopping bag like when buying groceries. Sorry Anno but it doesn’t seem like I’m ready to grow up yet.

I went to the 30th anniversary Evangelion exhibit at Roppongi last week. It was a lot of fun! I’ll make a post about it tomorrow.

I think there are OCR scanners that work. I forgot which one it was but it’s quite slow.

It’s that time of the year where my artifacts get shuffled around and I don’t know who should be equipping what now. I went over to Genshin Optimizer and discovered this pretty neat tool that scans artifacts instantly.

It’s been a while so I can’t remember much of the details anymore. I do think there’s some more politics in there somewhere but I’ll have to revisit the manga. Maybe a second reading will reveal it.

Not a comfy watch but the world has this nice charm to it.

I really loved the filler episodes of Paranoia Agent. I actually liked it more than the whole series itself lol

Around Vol. 5, Chapter 35 onward

I suggest picking up the manga from where the first season ended if you want to continue on with the story. Season 2 has a lot of changes that weren’t good and disappointed a lot of fans. The manga kind of has its own problems too IMO but it’s a better experience overall.

Nice review. I read Chi no Wadachi a year or two ago and I agree it can be difficult to read.

Considering the theme of the blog though, I think the review should read more into the politics of Chi no Wadachi. There’s a mention of incest which I think is also present in Chi no Wadachi. The author (Oshimi Shuuzou) likes to add perversion in his works and I feel there is a sense of eroticism between Seiichi and Seiko but its “horror-eroticism”. It’s interesting to think about.

I don’t have her built up yet (ran out of Dendro gems) so I can’t do any tests myself but I think Yaoyao or Collei will be completely fine outside of Stygian Onslaught (Fearless+).

Aino’s kit is kind of bad but it’s usable for Stygian Onslaught. Her hydro application is pretty good but that’s it.
