How do you explain going from excessive oiliness in less than 30 hours to the same level of oiliness taking 7 days? It was a long transition but you’re telling me I’m a freak and everyone else with the same outcome are simply outliers? I know there’s a genetic aspect, but I had a very real change over time.

It’s because hair care products are a scam. That natural body sebum is all your hair needs. Most products cause an imbalance on your scalp and you way overproduce as a response, hence hair getting gross fast. It took months of greasy hair before I got to a healthy level. I use soap in my hair at most once a week. It’s often more than 7 days before I feel I should wash nowadays. I have over 12 inches of hair for reference.
This is flipped for me. My mother struggles to put a pause on a text conversation.
Well, the ? doesn’t work on my phone but the & does. I don’t know more than that.
That ? Should be an & https://youtu.be/2tzmF9lEZi0&t=50
I’m in the same boat. I started to turn things around in my late 20s with regular exercise, and my knees (and back) feel better at 31 than they did at 25.
I just learned cans have epoxy linings. Woah

Yeah, I know. The runback is still nearly a minute.
First time fighting Lothric/Lorian in Dark Souls 3. I was playing a mage which was not it for the fight. Also the runback was about a minute which really ramped up my hatred for the fight. On ng+ after a respec to greatsword wielder, that fight is painfully easy. Greatsword effortlessly hits Lothric’s hitbox while he’s on Lorian’s back which trivializes it, but I didn’t know that on first playthrough.
Definitely soda, specifically Dr Pepper. My New Year’s resolution is to stop going out of my way to buy it. I will likely still have it if it’s included in a food combo or given away free.
I’m the opposite. I go back to high school music and still love it. Better than most things I hear.
I feel like that depends too. There’s a ton of working class that dream of somehow becoming billionaires which is why they don’t want to tax them.
Impressive, I lose half my speed with the router around the corner.
I think it’s trying to say that blue politics creates better outcomes. The national election has historically had little effect on this. The local level elections, which have most certainly not been bucking the status quo, have put these states where they are.
The World According to Jeff Goldblum was a show made by and for Disney+. They deleted it for tax purposes. There is no legal way to watch the show now. Completely gone.
latesleeperto Ask Lemmy•What are your favorite examples of 'media within media' (e.g., shows, stories, or movies inside of other shows or books)?5·1 year agoThreshold Kids is delightfully creepy but ultimately painful to watch, which perfectly fits the setting.
