I do use the 1.5b of whatever latest ollama with open web ui as frontend for my personal use. Although I can upload files and search the web it’s too slow on my machine.

I usually combine both to unblock myself. Lately, SO, repository issues, or just going straight to the documentation of the package/crate seem to give me faster outcomes.
People have suggested that my prompts might not be optimal for the LLM. One even recommended I take a prompt engineering boot camp. I’m starting to think I’m too dumb to use LLMs to narrow my research sometimes. I’m fine with navigating SO toxicity, though it’s not much different from social media in general. It’s just how people are. You either take the best you can from it or let other people’s bad days affect yours.
In my country the cashiers will place the divider beforehand if you forget to do it and while the current customer is paying… So yes, the divider is for the cashier not for the customers.
So are you saying Western involvement helped create the dictatorships in Arab countries? If that’s the case, how did it happen, and why does the Arab world have such strong resentment toward the West?
To be fair, the Arab military industrial complex could be as advanced as the US if they weren’t stuck under dictatorships.
Fun fact: Portugal has started phasing out the law that requires at least one bidet in a home, beginning in 2024. Italy, however, still keeps this law in place, if I’m not mistaken.
This is normal, cats lose affection after 2 to 4 weeks away.
I have friends with kids like that, and it’s scary. I’m obviously a fan of technology, but critical thinking might go down the drain if children spend all day in front of a screen at such a young age.
Leonardo for sure! I want to know if his 4 hour cycle was true and how did he manage to do it. Did it actually helped with his studies, art and inventions?
Ok we can also talk about Mona if we have time.
If I understood correctly from my reading of The Communist Manifesto, the proletariat or dictatorship of the proletariat is the transitional stage before true communism takes place.
I’m only going to address [3], which requires some explanation of why I made my last statement. It was a direct response to the pictures shared in the comment I replied to, and I’m well aware that none of those leaders ever passed the proletariat phase.
I think OP is trying to say that he also believed in Marxist ideology when he was twenty years old, but since then he has grown up. I’ve never been a fan of Marxist ideology, although I like it on paper, but we can’t exclude the human factor. It’s far more dangerous to centralize power in the state than in individuals (as in capitalism, where companies are ultimately bound to individuals), and history has proven just that.
That said, I’m not trying to start an argument with you guys here at .ml, because I think we’d just end up going in circles. I just wanted to get this off my chest. I hope you guys can find a country with a Mao or Lenin in power… or you could just move to Cuba, which hasn’t changed since Castro’s rule.
In Spain where Basque country (País Basco)?

Off My Chest•No matter how hard I try, I just can't make my family understand I can't afford their lifestyle when I visitEnglish
52·3 months agoThat’s not what I read. And OP statement is a fact, peoples living standards change based on their income. This is also true for people that spend more time studying and/or start having more hobbies than their initial circle. You eventually make new friends that have your new lifestyle.
P.s.: I still get together with most of my good childhood friends, but definitely not the same amount that used to be. Sometimes they only want to do and talk about things that I’m no longer interested in and the other way around.

Will look into that when I have some money to invest. Thank you 💪
