can’t do domestic chores

My robovac is pretty good at domestic chores, no LLM involved tho. My dish and clothes washing machines also do a better job than I could by hand, and only require me to load and unload them.

There’s a later chapter called ‘Wangs Carpets’ that was first published as a standalone short story, and goes even harder.

I think the whole book is available on the authors site, but other formats are a lot more readable.

Tape Mod the PCB, to remove the higher pitched sounds. And, at least according to Hipyo/Youtube, remove the case foam but keep the plate foam(s), to give the longer wavelength sounds some space to reverberate in.

Starbucks is a great dessert place. Some of their desserts are coffee themed, and those are best avoided.

It’s ok to grind “good” beans in a shitty grinder, it’ll still taste a little better than cheap nasty supermarket beans. Just don’t waste the really great stuff, it’ll still taste only slightly better that the cheap stuff.

Impostor syndrome is kicking in.

A “dimension” is just something that can be measured. Imagine you have a square of paper and it has 5 coins on it. It has a width, a height, a thickness, a coin count. That’s 4 dimensions already. It also has zero elephants on it, now we have 5 dimensions!

The trick is to only consider the “dimensions” you’re actually interested in.
