retro@infosec.pubto Australia@aussie.zone•Only four of 20 popular sunscreens pass Choice's SPF testingEnglish3·před 2 měsíciI did sunscreen testing in a university laboratory not too long ago and Cancer Council was by far the best performer in terms of the amount of UVA+B+C blocked among the brands we tested. I have real strong personal doubts about this Choice tests accuracy.

retro@infosec.pubto Linux Gaming•Steam Workshop support comes to Civilization VII in June with a new update out nowEnglish3·před 2 měsíciI’m just one person but I’ve been loving Civ VII and feel it is the best version so far, although I’ve only played V and VI. There’s no reason you can’t wait another year though and buy it with more polish, the previous entries haven’t changed, in that they are still great games and there’s no reason you can’t continue to play them over the latest version. It also depends on what version those you play with are playing.

retro@infosec.pubto Linux Gaming•Which Linux to use for couch gaming setup including VR?English8·před 3 měsíciTruly the best of luck, I hope your results are better than mine. The experience I had with SteamVR using Linux (Bazzite) with both a Valve Index and Quest 3 was inferior to Windows. It definitely worked, but out of the box Windows was much smoother. There may have been more tweaking I could have done but I had wasted so much time getting it to run as good as Windows that I gave up and dual boot now only for VR.
While this is true, the reader is really the only one that can choose for themselves and Cloudflare is a valid option, even if it isn’t the most purist method available.
Mealie +1
I’ve tried Mealie, Tandoor, Paprika and KitchenOwl. Mealie was by far the best looking, easiest to navigate and most convenient. They revamped the shopping list recently and it has replaced my old Google Keep method.
Yes, especially the ones with one plate. That’s how mine was, they took off the front plate, and left the rear one on. Now that I know, I’m always on the lookout on the other side of the road.
After having my car stolen and learning about how these people operate, they’re all most likely stolen vehicles.
Great for shipping RMA, you know it will fit and get there in the condition it left in.

retro@infosec.pubto Selfhosted•GitHub - SinTan1729/chhoto-url: A simple, blazingly fast, selfhosted URL shortener with no unnecessary features; written in Rust.English5·před 4 měsíciYou’re only thinking of public use cases. For personal use, as I’m sure most people self-hosting would be using it for, it’s very convenient. I use it for work for typing long urls into a new computer we don’t yet have remote management of yet. At home, it makes it really easy to type any link with a TV remote or controller.
They can support these languages because they have the resources to do so.
LLDAP + Authelia
I actually moved from Authentik to Authelia because it was easier for me to add a couple of lines to a yaml than to navigate Authentik’s web ui. Authentik is more feature-full but I’m only running SSO for myself and a couple of others at home.

I’m interested to hear what doesn’t work with NPM
Maybe you could start a competitor that produces a similar spec phone for $100?
