Considering the current state of « Apple Intelligence », this seems unlikely 🗿

I remember a while back, you could send emails to some high ups at Apple like Craig Federighi or Phill Schiller, and if you got lucky you’d get an actual reply from them. Even Steve Jobs back in the day.
It wasn’t much, but this kind of thing made megacorps feel a lot more « human » than they do today
tahoeto Technology•One iPhone led police to gang who sent 40,000 snatched phones to ChinaEnglish12·2 days agoAs far as I know recent iPhones all have parts pairing, so you can’t swap parts between phones unless Apple authorises it. Absolutely sucks ass for repairability, but it’s supposed to help in the context of stolen phones.
I guess thieves found a way to circumvent it, otherwise it wouldn’t make sense
tahoeto Games•New EA Owners Hoping AI Will Cut Costs And Boost Profits, It's ClaimedEnglish11·9 days agoNone of us… on Lemmy. Normal people don’t care, they’ll be making as much money as ever.

Unsurprising, but still disappointing
tahoeto PC Gaming@lemmy.ca•Borderlands 4 launches to 'mostly negative' reviews on Steam thanks to widespread performance problems and crashesEnglish10·28 days agoI saw earlier that it was surprisingly well reviewed by journalists, so maybe there’s hope of it being better than the 3 once they fix the performance issues. I’ll probably be playing it once it gets under 10€ in a few years
Somehow they managed to make it heavier, 206g for the 17 Pro vs 199g for the 16 Pro. They’ve been hovering at around 200g for a while though, so as ugly as that phone is, it probably isn’t noticeably heavier than like a 13 Pro
That « optical quality telephoto » garbage makes my blood boil
Yeah it’s been this way for a while, even my 13 mini has one
For every person who likes small phones, there’s a thousand people who’d rather buy a 7" behemoth. I’ll be using my 13 mini for as many years as I can, but we’ve lost the battle :(
At least the Air is probably more comfortable to use than the others
tahoeto Games•Hollow Knight: Silksong Sparks Debate About Difficulty and Boss RunbacksEnglish8·1 month agoYes.
I think time has made people look at Hollow Knight through rose tinted glasses. When I picked up the game in 2018, I got to the Soulmaster and gave up entirely because of its runback, it was just too annoying.
I ended up finishing the game a few years later and absolutely loving it, but runbacks are to this day my main criticism of the game, and I know a lot of people agree about that.
For this reason I hoped that they’d make things better in Silksong, but at least now I know what to expect so it doesn’t annoy me as much as it used to.
Yeah it seems to be from the early 2010s, some of the wording would probably be different if it was made today
An ichthyosaur I think, although they’ve all been dead for a hot minute (as in tens of millions of years)
tahoeto Games•EA reportedly shelves Need For Speed completely to focus on other projectsEnglish3·3 months agoI wish they could remaster/remake The Run. Such a unique game and you can’t even play it legally anymore.
tahoeto Games•EA reportedly shelves Need For Speed completely to focus on other projectsEnglish51·3 months agoI played it recently (after not having played any NFS in like 15 years since I’ve come to hate AAA slop), and I thought it was really fun! The driving dynamics especially, and I was surprised to see so many different cars and so much customisation possible.
Not perfect of course, the music is utter garbage (to my ears) and it could have been more polished, but I definitely didn’t expect I’d play for 30 hours. They were on the right track.
Shorts (as a format) aren’t the problem, it’s what you watch. If you train the algorithm to serve you garbage, then of course it’s gonna serve you garbage ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Came to say this as well :)
Yeah, but i haven’t heard of people getting a reply from them in years
