To explain, I read about this many years ago. It’s about a journalist who tried to find out what was happening with TrueCrypt, and it turned out it was apparently connected to serious criminals who were killing people, etc. The story is actually really interesting, and I’d love to find the original piece. I have nothing against TrueCrypt, and in fact, I used it back then and still use it now (VeraCrypt).

In what way — is delivery delayed, or do notifications sometimes not arrive at all?
Maybe adding number of servers and country diversity
The truth is forbidden on the far left, just as it is on the far right. You’re wasting your time explaining.
There is actually an example on their website.

1·11 months agoAre you sure that the investment will be recouped so quickly? I’m not a local here and I’m not familiar with all the rules, but I’ve been told that I can’t put anything on the balcony that will change the appearance of the building until I get permission from the Rathaus.

4·11 months agoIt sounds strange, but that’s how it is, and it’s Ökostrom. Luckily, I can change my provider when they raise the price, so it won’t increase that much for me, but it will still go up, and I’m not the only one in my area because some friends of mine received the same ‘greeting.’ (To those who give dislikes, that won’t change the facts no matter how much you would like it to.)

Every relationship is a compromise. Family, friendship, romantic… Otherwise, you’re just a psychopath.
I don’t know why you think that religious and non-religious people can’t be together. That very attitude tells me that I would never want to go on a date with you. My wife and I have been in such a marriage for 15 years, we have two children, and it works just fine. In my opinion, the problem is the fanatics; they are the cancer of this world, and when I see that someone is a fanatic, it tells me to run away from them.

Asklemmy@lemmy.ml•What's a website you've heard of (besides Lemmy) that you're sure nobody else here has?
4·1 year agoAI: It sounds like you might be thinking of “The People’s Republic of Canada,” a satirical website that depicted a fictional communist version of Canada. It featured humorous content, including fake news articles, propaganda, and other comedic takes on Canadian culture and politics.
Also AI: The domain for “The People’s Republic of Canada” was typically found at prc.ca. It was a humorous site that parodied a communist version of Canada.

They gave him a reward, crimestopper!
That wasn’t the article. It was in some lesser-known magazine (maybe even a blog) and it wasn’t about ISIS or the terrorists we know today. It was written specifically about the guy who created the program and his connection to drug cartels, if I remember correctly.
