I sent them a text with the picture and they called me concerned because they thought it was for one of my clients. Very relieved that it wasn’t lol. They said if they showed up at your house to work on it, they would immediately turn around and leave.
My personal opinion is that everything is made up so don’t worry about standards, unless you’re trying to sell your house.
