Fox News reports that Donald Trump may consider using nuclear weapons to eliminate Iran’s Fordo nuclear facility

The U.S. military has reservations regarding the success of using a bunker-buster bomb, a non nuclear weapon, to eliminate Iran’s Fordo nuclear facility, buried deep in a mountain. Two defense officials were reportedly briefed that only a tactical nuclear weapon could reach the facility.

God damn female presidents am I right? Now nukes are being bandied about in the midst of the VP getting into Twitter fights with randoms about trans people during national security meetings. I can’t believe wait what? Oh. It’s the grown ass men with impulse control and emotional problems. I was told that women would get us into WWIII.

Our last election just showed that by and large, uneducated white men and the elderly would rather get raped by an old white man than helped by a young black woman

Hate to break it to you, but for the first time, the younger generation skewed Trump. In fact every demographic skewed Trump. This cancer is affecting all of society, not just a single demographic.

Trump really wants to do a nuke on something. That would secure some kind of place for him in history, I’m sure.

Bombing Japan is a big dark spot on our history. As was our treatment of Japanese Americans during WWII. Basically everyone agrees on that.

We retconned history to say dropping the big bombs would have averted many more casualties, and maybe that’s true, but really a.) who knows and b.) big difference between civilian casualties and military casualties.

MAGAts don’t feel remorse for what we did to Japan. I used to work with one who used the interment camps to justify migrants being separated from their children and thrown in cages. His logic was that “people weren’t up in arms about it then, why do they care about it now?”

The odds of a ICBM hitting are low if it comes via air, we’d see it coming and be able to intercept in many cases. It’s the land based attacks, like smuggling a dirty bomb in or chemical weapons, that I worry about more.

Yeah I was gonna say this, I have no idea why or how it came to be that people think an ICBM MIRV can be realistically or reliably intercepted.

            Some of them?

Maybe, yeah, but… most of them? Hell no.

EDIT: Oh, that commenter said they were stoned when they wrote that. I… guess that is an explanations of sorts.

I actually no longer trust that to be true with how many systems and programs were gutted. I suspect we probably dismantled our early warning systems.

If thats not the case, I still question whether or not this administration would let a blue state get hit when they could prevent it just out of spite.

I can’t say, not my map, I dunno anything about Syracuse beyond the wiki page.

Which does say its over half a million people in the metro area… Rapid City, South Dakota only has under a 100k, and it gets a nuke.

Could be as simple as: Its got enough people, its a transit crossroads, its far away enough from other larger metros that it gets its own miniature sun, because the one(s) hitting NYC won’t reach that far.

No, he knows. I don’t think he cares, because they’re not him. You fail to understand the mind of a narcissist - other people are not people, and the ones who actively say that they dislike you or what you stand for might as well be ants on the sidewalk for all the thought you give about them, ever.
