Most of our clients are association, regional administration or photograpah so it make sense it didn’t make the list.
The strengh of piwigo lies in the rich plugin ecosystem.

I may be missing something but that is a pretty steep price!
Always great connecting with the people behind the product! Piwigo almost made it to the diagram (it is featured below).
The only reason it didn’t was that it felt more like a tool for professionals than the average user looking to manage/view their photos.
