Had ordered some containers from Amazon, they sent me a Switch 2 by mistake. I’ve heard of mistakes like this for years but always assumed it was kinda BS.
Is it sure you can legally keep it?
Other than that, congrats and have fun!
In the US you can keep any unsolicited packages or mail sent to you. You have no obligation to the sender.
In Germany it works the same mostly, however as far as I am aware the contents are still in the legal ownership of the sender, just located at your place. It strictly is not yours.
Anyhow not an legal expert, just curious. Thanks!
Suddenly, there is a big boost to Tupperware sales on Amazon.
Tell me how Mario Kart World is when you get the chance!
I’m not much of a racing fan, but I love the details in the graphics. Just watching the wheels and suspension go up and down seem pretty realistic despite the cartoon aesthetic.
I am disappointed that I have to pay extra to get the Switch 1 games I own on my account to be “enhanced.” I don’t even know what would be getting enhanced. I had expected it to be like Playstation 4 games played on the PS5 and just be faster via a free update.
Ah man, if i was looking forward to a brand new set of containers and all i got was a switch 2 i would be super let down, you should throw it away and file a complaint with amazon
