Chicken vindaloo tonight, it’s windy as here ATM, and feel this is good noms for this kinda weather!
Lamb meatballs and rice.
It’s a Marley Spoon recipe. It’s a bit lacking in flavour. I might add a bit of chicken stock concentrate to the rice when I have the second half tomorrow.
