…And it was a brilliant idea that should have caught on. There’s a reason why the non-fast food burger joints almost universally serve their burgers with the veggies on the side, and it’s not just to make it more convenient to remove the ingredients you may not want.

For real! Why is it upside down? Cheese always on top.

You have to completely disassemble the burger to reheat it properly, so why even bother? You won’t save any time.

      properly

See, that’s where you went wrong. I’m gonna stick the whole thing in the microwave, hit “auto reheat”, and pray to Tymora that it goes well enough.

if you wrap a burger in foil it’ll keep in the fridge as long as there’s no veggies.

put that whole thing in the oven for like 15 minutes on like 300 and it’ll come out nice with a bun that has a pleseant, light crunch on on the outside.

thicker burgers might be harder, i usually do this with smash burgers. just, for the love of God, add the veggies after reheating. please.

Storing food in foil is dangerous. It’s not airtight and sometimes the aluminum can react with food

Any reason to be more worried about a bit of aluminium over plastic leeching toxic chemicals into the food?

I don’t know, can plastic cause conditions for a potentially fatal foodborn illness? Is not so much about what you use instead of aluminum, it’s just that using only aluminum to wrap your food is fucking dumb

For a better burguer store it in the plastic container while still hot. This way the condensation will make the bread wet and soggy.Perfect
