This is so stupid. No one is forcing you to pay for food, water or medicine. Only when other people have produced that do you have to pay to get it. Its completely fair for people to ask to paid for doing work.
Land is dirt cheap, go buy an arce and live out rural if you dont want to be a part of a society.

Also, medicine and medical care cannot just be duplicated by anyone, and million of people are born with disabilities. You sound mentally challenged.
I do this every day when i pick food from my garden. But guess what I dont want to do everything myself I’d rather work and trade my labour for goods.
Yes you can dig your own outhouse and drink rain/ground water you’ll be fine. No you dont need modern medicine. Disabled people require care from other people so unless someone wants to take them off grid they are forced to rely on society for support but thats an obvious edge case.
Not all disabled people require carers. I am disabled and still live independantly with a full time job. But i would die without access to doctors and food that i dont grow or hunt myself. It is not an edge case thing either, a substantial amount of people are in my situation. People are evolved to live in societies, you honetly just sound antisocial and ignorant
And we’ve been here before, roughly 200 years ago. We already had that wonderful unadulterated capitalism. Then some crazies fought for more equality and while they didn’t get there all the way, some of their ideas were fully incorporated into our systems.
And now? Back to zero? Will history literally repeat itself?
This pattern has happened over and over and over, generation cycle after generation cycle. Humans are dumb af and I have given up all hope it will self-correct. Even if we had a global civilization ending event, the pattern would survive. Fuckin humans are fundamentally broken and if my disappointment were tangible, it would collapse under its own gravity into a singularity.
I wouldn’t go quite that far, but you do you.
