- Looks like one of those useless crappy features that phones used to have 20 years ago. - E-waste for the braindead consumer.
- And the first use case the marketing department presents in the video is to creepily film women in public without their consent. What a time to be alive.
- It’s a concept phone, I don’t think it’s intended for production. - Honestly it’s good to see a smartphone company to try something new.
- It was in vogue for a little while in China to have a camera pop out, that I like, this seems excessive
- I’d like to see a phone with the camera aimed out the top, bottom, or side so we can lose the optics wart on the backs of current phones. - I believe one the Chinese OEMs made a phone exactly like that. The camera extended from the top when needed. - Unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the OEM or even the model brand. - EDIT: Another poster linked some models: - https://www.deepspecs.com/top-pop-up-camera-mobiles-in-world/ - I would think the downside to this would be water resistance. (Obviously the original post as well).

- The robot looked at the woman in the red dress.
You shouldn’t look at the woman in the red dress.
 Now he’s dead.
 Silly robot.
